For us, health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being. For this reason we have launched a welfare plan extended to all Company employees, without distinction between part-time and full-time workers.

Yamacademy: we cultivate talent
We have always firmly believed in human capital and we strive to enhance it by promoting continuous learning of hard and soft skills, for a structured professional growth.
To support this goal we founded the Yamacademy, our Corporate School dedicated to the creation and dissemination of corporate culture.
The training offer proposed by the Academy follows two different logics: the more traditional classroom training one, carried out in the Gallarate offices, and the more innovative digital training one, carried out using two tools: the Yamacademy web portal and, as of 2021, the YamApp.

The Yamacademy maintains close relations with universities and schools, with the aim of introducing young talented professionals into the organisation and of enhancing the skills of employees who already work for the Company.
Yamacademy’s activity is also oriented towards training in the field of the three topics covered by the “EU Pact for Skills for TCLF Industries”, which Sistema Moda Italia abides by:
