- We are involved in the association with representatives in the Executive Committee, the Board of Directors, and the sustainability team.
- Coordinating the sustainability team in identifying the most relevant Sustainable Development Goals.
- We have actively participated in drafting the Confimprese Manifesto for Sustainability in Retail, which attests to the retail sector's commitment to developing innovative business models focused on sustainability.
- We have created and disseminated video bits - produced in collaboration with ASviS and Confimprese - to raise awareness among store staff and customers about their contribution to a more sustainable world.

Workplace Health Promotion
- We have introduced healthy eating options in our company cafeteria, inspired by the Diana Diet and the European Institute of Oncology (IEO).
- We have promoted physical activity by organizing dance and yoga classes and promoted the use of stairs.
- We have organized awareness sessions to counter addictive behaviors, and in smoking areas, informative materials on the harmful effects of smoking have been introduced, along with a helpline for those who wish to embrace tobacco-free living.
