UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification – Gender Equality 

  • Certification: UNI/PdR 125:2022, issued in 2025. The certification process was completed with the issuance of the certificate by the TÜV Italia Approval Committee for Yamamay’s headquarters and stores.
  • Scope: Inticom S.p.A. – headquarters and retail stores
  • Objectives: Overcoming gender stereotypes, fostering inclusion, and promoting equity within corporate strategies.
  • Validity: Valid from 19/03/2025 to 23/02/2028, with annual audits. 

This certification attests to the organizational maturity of the Inticom Group in managing gender equality in compliance with national standards.
