Yamacademy: we cultivate talent
We have always firmly believed in human capital and we strive to enhance it by promoting continuous learning of hard and soft skills, for a structured professional growth.
To support this goal we founded the Yamacademy, our Corporate School dedicated to the creation and dissemination of corporate culture.
The training offer proposed by the Academy follows two different logics: the more traditional classroom training one, carried out in the Gallarate offices, and the more innovative digital training one, carried out using two tools: the Yamacademy web portal and, as of 2021, the YamApp.
